StarPulse is operated by Kazuya Saito. This policy explains how StarPulse handles data when you use the app and related services.

Information We Process

StarPulse may process app IDs, App Store URLs, selected countries or storefronts, rating snapshots, widget preferences, notification settings, purchase status, and anonymous app usage events.

Rating data shown in StarPulse is based on publicly available App Store information. Our backend may cache public rating data and scan status by app ID and storefront so the app can load faster and reduce repeated requests.

Analytics, Purchases, and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase status. These services may process device, event, crash, and transaction-related information according to their own policies.

Local Storage

The app stores tracked apps, rating history, widget payloads, onboarding state, and refresh state on your device. Some data may be shared with the StarPulse widget through the app group container.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, and the rating-cache backend.
